I work with people who are stuck, struggling or in conflict. One could reliably argue that most coaches do. It is as simple and complex as that.
My work is rooted in pragmatism, authenticity, intentionality and in taking an unwavering stance for my clients . Our work is rooted in the belief that you are your own boss. Being your own boss means you own your own business. Not the brick and mortar kind, but the business you call life.
If you don’t own it, you can’t author it. You end up giving agency away. The correlate: once you own it, you get to author it. You write your story of change.
Old narratives, beleifs, behaviors and themes are what keep you tied. It’s not your past or your trauma, but the way you keep those things alive. Consciously or unconsciously, those things drive your life. Until they don’t. We’ll look at how you get in your own way. We’ll look for blindspots; we’ll get rot gut honest, so that you can master change. You’ll choose appropriate commitments because commitment drives that change. This approach is compassionate and direct. It’s the beauty in your becoming owner and boss author of your life.

My role is to teach and direct you to your inner boss — that unapologetic, undeniable, indisputable essential self that has always been in you., always been you. From the inside you will find answers, exploring outdated adaptations and operating systems that were likely put into place during childhood. Then you work to replace them with conscious, empowered, attractive, mature choices. So that you can live the life you’d prefer rather than one build by default.
