My zone of genius: Coaching, consulting, and mentoring people facing personal or professional struggles. The laments I often hear from clients are about feeling lost, stuck, overwhelmed, and/or unfulfilled. Is this you?

My credentials: Three decades of education and expertise in mental and physical health, wellness practices, coaching, consulting, and facilitating retreats — combined with six decades of experience with discovery, adventure, and divergent thinking.

My role: To guide and support you in owning and authoring your own life. We clear out what’s blocking you. You get crystal clear about what you truly want and are willing to commit to.

My belief: I believe I was put on this planet to wonder, to wander, and to serve. This triad of purpose has given me a uniquely effective blend of wisdom, experience, and credibility.
