I work with people who are stuck, struggling or in conflict. It is as simple and complex as that.
Whether the challenge is coming from inside or from an outside source, at this point its affecting your personal well being and relationships. Strife is strife. Distress is distress.
The work is rooted in pragmatism, authenticity, intentionality, and the belief that you are your own boss. Being your own boss also means you own your own business. Not a brick and mortar business, the business of your life.
Narratives, behaviors and themes are keeping you tied. We take a look at how you might be getting in your own way. We’explore what might be blindspots, so you master change. I support and guide you in choosing appropriate commitments. Because without commitment, there is no change. This approach is both compassionate and direct. I can and will have your back. I cannot and will not do the work for you. This is yours. That’s the beauty. You become the owner and the author of your life.
